General Admission Ticket

Registration to the 2025 Bicycle Leadership Conference includes access to all conference sessions, meals, and supplementary activities. If you are looking to attend a meal or happy hour for networking purposes only, hospitality passes are available starting at $250. 

PeopleForBikes offers scholarships for BIPOC, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and veterans to attend the 2025 BLC. Advocacy partners receive discounted admission. Please email mimi@peopleforbikes.org to learn more.

Hospitality Passes

Hospitality passes are available for partners or guests of attendees, as well as individuals interested in networking outside of the conference room at the 2025 BLC. These passes provide entry to all BLC happy hours and dinners but do not include access to conference sessions. Hospitality passes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Single-Day Hospitality Pass holders will select their day of attendance at the time of purchase.
